Shearin is married to the former Paige Brown of Warrenton and is a member of the Bethlehem United Methodist Church. He is a member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Alston's grandmother waa a Weaver who married a Wal den. Mrs. Goens is her niece and Mrs. Omohundro is her sister-in-law. Revival Services Spencer Thornton and family of South Orange, N. J., Thomas Thornton and family of Newark, N. J., Martha Robinson and Bessie Thornton Oliver and families of Jersey City, N. J. are all expected to support the Rev. William Thornton as he opens revival services at the oíd family church, Pleasant HUI Baptist Church, in Oakville on Sunday, July 12.
