That the Town Clerk be, and he is hereby order ed and directed to notify the said Registrar and Judges of Elec tion, herein appointed, in writing, to be served by the Chief of Police of the Town of Zebulon, N. C. Section 8. That the Town Clerk is hereby ordered and di rected to cause this notice to be published in the local newspaper and to post notices of this primary election at three public places in the Town of Zebulon, N.
