Page Two Pilot News On Friday night, the ladies were entertained with their Study Course, “the Handclasp of Ameri ca,” taught by Mrs. Theo B. Davis. After the study refreshments were served. Several of the ladies from Pine Ridge and Popular Springs attended also. Mrs. Davis was given a wooden bowl. Thanks, Mrs. Davis, I’m sure everyone enjoyed it. The Woman’s Club will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday afternoon in the home of Mrs. B. B. Brantley. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Stallings were honored with a shower on Satur day night given by and in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. C. Stallings. Nearly all of the ladies were there. They certainly received some nice gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Cameron Stallings have moved to Florida where they are going to make their home. Mr. and Mrs. W. M. We wish for her a speedy recovery. Mrs. Dwight Tant is also among our sick list. We are very glad she is home from the hospital. We hope it won’t be too long before she is up and out again.
