The group "is widely recognized as one of the very best of the precision clogging teams," sard Daniel Patterson, chairman of the University's Curriculum in Folklore. The cloggers have conducted extensive performance tours throughout the eastern United States and Europe in recent years. Clogging is the traditional dance form of the Appalachien region.
