Senate today. One by Enipie to
appoint Justices "of the Peace for

other to regulate shooting birds "in
those counties. Also to. give the courts
of New, Hanover, now held for. the
trial of criminal cases only, jurisdic
tion of civil cases also, this because
of tlio Recorder's Court established.
