Those on the program ' were Brenda Thompson, Betty I Raby, Brendle Seagle, Rita Ann El more, Joyce Ann Carpenter, Mary ' Ellen Revelle, Carolyn Sanders, Shelia Duvall, Sharon Duvall, ' Prances Berry, Janice Cabe, Bill ' Hyde, Jessie Carpenter, Carolyn Myers, Susie Henson, Leon Hoi i land, Margaret Horn, Carolyn . Horn, Betty Guest, Phil Robeson, Cathryn Sanders, Hylda Sanders, Penny Sue Taylor, Judy Mash burn, and Lois Norton. Also appearing on the program were two square dance teams. East Franklin and Otto. The East Franklin team is made up of stu dents from Mrs. Genevieve Barn ard's second and third grades. They are Susie Hyde, caller, Celia Poindexter, Frances Carver, Bren da Thompson, Mary Ellen Revelle, Brenda Seagle, Joyce Carpenter, and Brenda Moses. On the Otto team were Caro lyn Myers, Janice Cabe, Jessie Carpenter, Pat Newman, Susie Henson, Dean Ledford, Tommie Hunt, Larry Bunton, Phil Robe son, Wayne Hairre, Bobby Hunt, and Leon Holland. The second recital was held at Otto School Thursday afternoon. On this program were Sharon Vinson, Gladys Cunningham, Leon Holland, Susie Henson, Eva Lynn Sams, Carolyn Myers, Janice Cabe, Patsy Fulcher, Phil Robeson, Jes sie Carpenter, and Margaret Davis. The final recital was held at East Franklin School Friday aft ernoon. Pupils playing were Joan Corbin, Brenda Thompson, Rita Ann Elmore, Betty Raby, Brenda Seagle, Carolyn Sanders, Joyce Ann Carpenter, Linda Corbin, Margaret Horn, Carolyn Horn, Frances Berry, Joyce Ann Sanders, Betty Guest, Bill Hyde, Mary Frances Ammons, and Elizabeth Ann Ammons. The East Franklin square dance team performed with Joan Corbin, calling. Claude Lesley Plans Flower Talk To Club A lecture on iris and roses by the Rev. Claude Lesley will high light a meeting of the Franklin Home Demonstration Club June 4 at the Agricultural Building. Set for 8 p. m? the program has been arranged by Mrs. I. T. Peek county home beautification leader. She is being assisted by Mrs. Roy F. Cunningham and Mrs. Howard Barnard. A retired minister and former school teacher in Indiana, Mr. Les ley is now living on Franklin, Route 2 (Setser Road). In his talk he will include scenes from his travels as he shows slides of his flower collections. All interested persons are invit ed to attend the meeting.
