Death Takes Edwards At Son's Home Mack Daniel Edwards. 93, farmer and sawmill operator, died November 27 at 8 a. m. at the home of a son, Daniel G, Edwards, in Highlands. He had been in declining health for a month. A native of Jackson County (Whiteside Cove section), he was a son of the late Garner and Mrs. Jane Zachary Ed wards and was married in 1899 to Miss Perdita Mae Bo lick. of Macon County. Funeral services for Mr. Ed- l wards were conducted Novem ber 29 at 2 o'clock at the Highlands Methodist Church, of which he was a member. Of ficiating were the Rev. John C. Vernon, pastor, and the Rev. J J. H. Propst. pastor of the j Highlands Baptist Church, i Burial was in the Horse Cove Cemetery. Mr. Edwards served on the I board of stewards of his church for many years and had been Sunday school super intendent of the Horse Cove Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife: sev en sons. Dan Edwards, of High lands, Floyd Edwards, of Salis bury, Eric Edwards, of Pampa, Tex., Troy Edwards, of Cum berland Gap, Tenn., Cecil Ed wards, of West Asheville. Bruce Edwards, of Bellevue, Neb., and John Edwards, of TuckaMegee: three daughters. Miss Virginia Edwards, of the home. Mrs. Bertha Gerard, of Brevard, and Mrs. Felicia Walden. of Cocoa. Fla.: a bro ther. William Edwards, of Lakeland. Fla.; 33 grandchil dren; and 16 great-grandchil dren. '??0 Justice Succumbs Sunday Bryant Edmond Justice, 19. a Macon County Jiative and employe of ClayWrne Manu facturing Company In Clayton, Ga., died 8unday morning at 8 o'clock In Clayton. Funeral services were held yesterday (Wednesday) at 11 o'clock at Dryman's Chapel Methodist Church by the Rev. Johnny Hunnicutt and the Rev. Marios Anderson, pastor of the Hemphill Memorial Presbyter ian Church In Clayton. Pall bearers were Edward Brown, Thomas Ramey, Henry Ramey, Dalton Shirley, Leroy Garland, and Wayne Garland. Mr. Justice was born July 23. 1941, a son of Riy Edwin and Mrs. Ruby Richolson Jus tice. He was married Dec. 24, 1959 to Miss Geneva Ramey, of Wiley, Ga., who survives. Also surviving are a daugh ter, Debra Ray, of the home; a brother, Homer Lee Justice, of the home; and two sisters, Virginia and Phyllis, of the home.
