Total operating revenues for the month of October, 1938 amounted to $3,378,802, an increase of $19,012 or £7 percent over October 1937, and were higher than the same month of »ny year since 1930. Freight revenue amounted to $2,760,018, an increase of $89,7M or 3.36 over the same month last year, and was higher than freight revenues for October of any year sine* 1930.
