All bills payable -first of each month at office of City Cletk. Flat rates: 2 cents per watt connected load. Meter rates: 15c per K. W. hour. Minimum charge of $1.50 for 10 K. W, hours subject to 5 per cent discount. 10 to 24 K W. houra at 15 cents 5 per cent discount. 25 to 99 K. Wr hours at 15 cents; 10 per cent discount. 100 to 199 K. W. hours at 15c; 15 per cent discount. 200 to 399 K. W. hours at 15c; 20 -per cent discount. 400 K.-W. hours and over at 15c; 25 per cent discount. No discount allowed on bills unless paid on or before the 10th of month.
