growers who are mortgaged up. The
Association is at present trying to
get mortgagees and landlords t:j re
lease 'is much of the mortgaged cot
ton, or as Manager Blalock calls it
"distress cotton," as possible. In
some parts of the state the Asso
ciation has been able to handle mo.-t
of the distress cotton.
The growers vhemselves can be of
great aid to tin- Association by go
