South 45 East twenty poles to the water, the various courses of the river to the first station. Said five tracts of land last described, containing two hundred and eight and one-half acres, be ing the same proiicrty which was conveyed 10 F F. Brown by Mar tin Creef, by deed recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Dare County, North Carolina, in Book C, page 442. 5. A certain tract or parcel of swamp land situated in East Lake Township, Dare County, Nofth Carolina, which A. W. Owens purchased from his bro thers, Joseph and Adam Owens^ by deed dated June 15, 1850, aiA recorded in Book 29, page 31^^ Tyrrell County records, North Carolina, also the interest of said .Gwens in his own right, which is a one-third interest, and bounded as follows: Beginning at a gum on the South side of Hen ry Holmes’ plantation, running South 45 East one hundred poles, thence South 45 West eighty poles, thence North 45 'West one hundred poles.
