TRUSTEE'S SALE By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed in Trust executed by C. T.t Sims and wife, Juanita Sims, to 0. V. F. Blyiie, Trustee, on Juiy 24th. 11)21, and duly registered in Book 14. page soy, Records of Mortgages and Deeds in Trust for Transylvania County, securing a debt therein described of $412.00, interest and exptises of sale, owing to J. T. Henderson, de fault having been made in the pay ment of said debt at maturity, and notice of default having been given, and demand made upon the trustee to foreclose said deed in trust, and sell the lands conveyed by same, arid hereinafter described; and said de fault having been continued after notice and demand, and the power of sale having become absolute, there fore, in obedience to the demands of the holder of said indebtedness.
