He was a missionary to China ! for eleven years, giving up the work when his health gave way, being' forced to return^ to America. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Booth Price. She is a very charming and attractive vounjr lady of the blond type. She graduated from Rosman High school last spring and has been attending school at Cullowhee State Normal for sometime. Mr. McCall is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Will McCall of Gloucester, and is a very" promising young man. After spending several days in South Carolina they will make their horm with Mr. McCall's father for a short time. Later they will make then permanent home in Winston Sttleni. H. .Norris of near here, which sad event occurred Tuesday morning, after a short illness of pneumonia. The deceased was 63 years of age and leaves a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss. Mr. Norris has many friends all over Transylvania county. Mr. H. We are sorry to report that Mr. Cornelius Rhodes is suffering with pneumonia. Miss Jessie Mackey has been on the sick list, also Miss Nancy Jones.
