I am sure that none of the ladies on wheels will take offence at anything that may be said to them for their good by an old mao like myself, so I propose to give them a little advice, in a grandfather!? way. - J Dear Ladies on Wheels: If there is one thing that I love to look at above all oth ers, it is a pretty woman when she is look ing pretty, and all of you look pretty some times. But how can any one expect the prettiest woman in tho ty when she is going like a whirlwind, a cloud ot dust behind herythe pedestiians in trout of her fleeing as from a runaway horse, the horrible, set stare-the "bicycle look -in her eyes, the perspiration stream ing down her face so hot and red, her lower limbs going like a pair of steamboat WHlkiog-beams, her skirts flapping in the wind and making a mortal show of her at eyery stroke of the pedals-ah, it makes me sad to think f whf T ' t a n uaDSCOUi nmiin or you are making a very grat mistake, dear Ladies on Wheels.
