Mr. Justice, also a graduate of

two years in the U. S. Army and

Mrs. Nancy Goforth
Dies In Washington;
Native Of County
Mrs. Nancy Carol Goforth, 23,
a native of Marshall, who resided
in Washington, D. C, died Wed
nesday, December 19, 1956, in a
Washington hospital after a short
illness.
Funeral services were held Sun
day ait 2 p. m., in Caney Fork
Baptist Church. The Rev. Luke
Griffin and the Rev. Jeter Sher
lin officiated. Burial was in the
Dry Pond Cemetery.
Surviving are the husband, Wil
liam H. Goforth; a daughter,
Joyce and a son, Wdlldam D., both
of the home; and mother, GiadyB
Meadows, of Marshall.
Mrs. Goforth was a member of
Caney Fork Baptist Church. The
body waa taken to the home of
J. J. Goforth until service time.
Bowman-Rector Funeral Home
was in charge.
