In an order sharply critical of
two Madison County elections
board members, Superior Court
Judge J. Frank Husking Monday
set aside their action in abolish
ing seven Madison County voting
precincts. He also enjoined the

The order accused N. B. Blank-

of acting in "bad faith" and in
coalition with the Republican
Party to gain control of the elec

of Democratic County Chairman
