(SEE RULES FOR CON TEST ON THIS PAGE.) Look at These Four Points: 1. ECONOMY 3. CONVENIENCE We hear so much today about economy about practicing economy that it has become a household word. Economy is being thrifty, and saving dollars and cents whenever, and wherever possible. It is a known, and prov en fact that it is cheaper to TRY AT HOME FIRST, than it is to go or send via mail to out-of-town stores. If you want to be thrifty, and economical, vou'Il try at home firstfi always. In cases of emergency, or during last min ute rushes, it is always convenient to try home-town merchants. The merchants of this community keep their stocks up to the point of public demand, and often ahead of this demand just to meet your requirements in cases of emergency as well as for your convenience. No other retail group on earth has as much interest in your purchases as does our local merchant. 2. CIVIC LOYALTY 4. GOOD BUSINESS Yesterday the country celebrated at heart at least the 18th anniversary of the sign ing of the Armistice. Our patriotic spirit came nearer the surface yesterday than on most days. When we stop and consider that the local merchants spend their energy, money and time in making this a better community for us to live, it seems only fit ting that we give them an opportunity of doing a better job by TRYING THEM FIRST when we want to make a purchase. After all, that is only being fair to ourselves. They are helping us. A good business man makes wise invest ments. He puts his money into things that pay good dividends. A foolish man doesn't think of that. . He does not think of the fu ture returns. It is good business to spend your money at home, because you can get big returns on it. Money spent away from home never comes your way again. lie wise, be business like. Spend as much of your money at home as possible, and you'll find it a good investment.
