To take care of our custorrie?s' requirements dur ing the past twelve months,' 2Vz billion kilowatt hours of electricity were generated into our company's system. We met all demands for power and could have generated more if our customers had wanted more. Within the next twenty months, three new gen erating units, now being installed, will be producing pow er at our Lumberton and Goldsboro plants. These new units will add W2 billions of kilowatt hours of electricity per year to our present capacity. This means an increase of 60 per cent in capacity oyer and above our present customer requirements. Our problem will be the development of a market for all this additional V2 billion kilowatt hours of elec tricity as it becomes available. CAROLINA POWER & LIGHT COMPAWy) (Third of a series of condensations of the parables of Jesus taken from the Bible.) A certain householder planted a vineyard, hedged It, digged a winepress, built a, tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country: And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned an other. He sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise. But last of all he sent his son, saying, They will reverence my son. But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him, and cast him out .of the vineyard, and THE WICKED HUSBAXDmen slew him. When the lord theref I vinevarH fi,i..tu ..l .
