By VERA WINSTON THE sweater and skirt, that used to be very much on the cas ual side, has advanced several notches on the fashion scale to become a most attractive and well handled style. Here It is in the very newest version, one that you can see has plenty of appeal. The sweater, which has a hand-made look, is in cherry red, and has a V neck and short puffed sleeves. With it is worn a skirt of fine French flannel in coffee cream brown. It is very slim, with an Inverted front pleat that Is arrow-stitched on either side.
