He is recog nized as an outstanding preacher, having served Hawthorne Lane, in Charlotte, West Market Street, Greensboro, and West Asheville. He is now serving his fourth year as District Superintendent of the Charlotte District. He has been Secretary of the Western North Carolina Conference for nearly fif teen years. Rocky Branch Starts Bible School Monday The Rocky Branch Baptist Church Vacation Bible School be gins Monday, with Preparation Day set for Friday at 2 o'clock. The school will last through Fri day, June 22. All children are invited to at tend, and there will be a nursery class for children under four years old.
