Bethel Band Supper, Play Slated Thursday A steak supper to be sponsored by the Bethel Band Committee will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday in the school cafeteria instead of Fri day as was announced previously. Mrs. M. V. Bramlett is in charge of the arrangements. Members of the band committee who will assist are: Nicholas Bonarrigo, Mrs. Lewis Chambers. Mrs. Roy Mor gan, Mrs. M. C. Nix. Mrs. I)elma Phoenix, and Kin McNeil. The menu will include steak, gravy, creamed green beans, toss ed salad, coffee, lemonade, and apple cobbler. Much of the food will be donated by band parents. Tickets will be sold by members of the band. For children the sup per will be 50 cents and for adults. $1.25. Folowing the supper, the Bethel Senior Class will present as its annual play. "A Date With Judy," at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditor- , ium. The cast includes: Pauline Shepherd. Buckley West, i Rose Mary West, Roy Green, Ove da Crawford. By Mrs. Ralph Riddle Community Reporter A work shop will be conducted at the agriculture building of the Bethel School for the men of West Pigeon Community Wednesday, March 24, in the afternoon from 1 p. m. until 5 p. m. Project for the day will be the painting of the mail box posts and road sign. The West Pigeon CDP met Thursday, March 18, in the Bethel lunch room with Laymon C. Reed, chairman, in charge. Feature of the program was a film on forestry shown by Don Randolph of Cham pion Paper and Fibre Company. ?The group was led in prayer by the Rev. L. B.
