Virginia Wilson Is Honored At Shower Miss Virginia Wilson, whose marriage to Wiliam Heis, Jr., of Johnson City. N. Y. will take place Saturday afternoon, was honored at a miscellaneous shower given Wednesday evening with Miss Bet ty Ann Howell. Miss Linda Messer. and Mrs. Grover L. Divis as host esses in the home of Miss Howell. Mrs. Joe Howell and Mrs. Guy Messer assisted in serving refresh ments following informal games. Mixed garden flowers were used in devorating. Circle 2 will meet in the home i of Mrs. Charles McCutston a! ; 10:30 a.m. Circle 3 will meet In the home . of Mrs. Whltener Prevost at 7:30 p.m. Circle 4 will meet in ihe home of ; Mrs. Calvin Thielman at :30 p.m Annual Bazaar Will Have Many Attractions The Woman's Auxiliary of Grace Episcopal Church is preparing for its annual summer bazaar which has been planned for Thursdav, August 4, from 10 a.m. through the dinner hour in the evening. Men of the Vestry are planning a barbecued chicken dinner, for which reservations must be made in advance with Mrs. Henry Lee (GL 6-4502). A cold plate lunch will be avail able at the noon hour as a special attraction for those who work downtown. Many handmade and unusual j articles will be sold. Tables will feature baby clothes, fancv aprons, Christmas stockings and gifts. ! white elephant articles and miscel laneous items. , There will be a fish pond for children attended by Katherine , Cross. David Hardwick. and Sally Dock, members of the youth j Group. A Refreshment and Snack Bar will be conducted by Katherine Hill, Gail Hampton, and Joel Roth ermel, also of the Youth Grouo. Miss Pearl Harris, president of the Auxiliary, is serving as general chairman of the bazaar and Mrs. Roy Campbell is in charge of all food. ? V * j Eugenia Boone Is Honored At Luncheon .. Miss Eugenia Boone, whose mar riage to James P. Jeter will take place Sunday afternoon, is being honored at a number of parties this week. Mrs. Joe Boone and Mrs. Bruce Jaynes entertained -with a lunch eon Wednesday at The Towne House. The table was centered with an arrangement of yellow and wnue flowers and the same colors were used in the appointments. The guests, in addition to the bride-elect, were Mrs. Tom Ray. Mrs. M. R.
