Wiggins, 40. died Sunday at I p. in. in Wayne Mem orial hospital in Goldsboro where she had been a patient for two weeks. Funeral services were held in the chapel of the Williams Fu neral Home in Mi OUVe, at 3:00 p. m. Tuesday and burial was in Maplewood Cemetery there. Sur viving are her husband, Stanford L. He is survived by his wife, the Language Arts To Offered In Negro School, Warsaw We shall begin a new iarm ot instruction on Thursday, March 26, 1953 in the Extension Class for Negro Teachers held in the Douglass High school, Warsaw, N. C. the course to be offered is Language Arts. The course is 'di vided into three section: Section one Directing Pupil's Experiences in Oral Communication. Section Two Directing Pupil's Experi ences in Written Communication. Section Three Improving Pupil's Language Experiences and Expres sion Throughout , the School. The course offers two hours of credit toward an A. B. or M. A. Degree And toward renewing or raising a teacher's certificate. Again, registration will be held on March 36th at Douglass High school, Warsaw, N. C The regis tration fee is one dollar, and the4 tuition is eleven .dollars. The class begins at 4:00 p. m. and ends at 7:30 p. m. Dr. W. J. McKee from the University ot North Carolina is the instructor.
