Gavin entertained at four teen tables of bridge, set-back, rum- Sy and canasta. The Community all where the tables were in play was most beautifully decorated tor the occasion. As guests were . greeted at the door and seated by bridal tallies, the hostesses, served punch from a beautifully appointed table covered with white linen cloth and at each end of the table a punch bowl' was placed, surrounded by trailing Ivy, An arrangement of white gladoU, baby' breath and feverfew with .a miniature bride and groom as the focal point centered the table. The entire room emphasized a green and white color scheme. - The bride elect was given a cor sage of, white carnations and the bride's mother, a 'corsage of pink and whit gladoli. ' ' '.i.'' Her home was most attractively arranged and for decoration she used lovely arrange ments of purple dahlias with white feverfew. One table of bridge, one table of canasta and two tables of rummy were in play. High score for bridge was won by Miss Theo Hollings worth, for Canasta by Mrs. Billy Stevens and for Rummy by Mrs, James Stevens Murphy and Mrs. Louise Mitchell. Each winner pre sented her gift to the bride-elect 1 The hostess served English Toffee topped with ice cream and during play cold drinks and nuts were serv ed.
