These two traits are not antagonistic, but r mentary. There are some things in life that God expects us to do for ourselves. Men of great and lasting achievement never leave God completely out of the picture. Nor do they attempt to leave it all to God, and withhold the human support that He expects. Strong men, influential men, the most socially useful men and women are those who trust God as though all depend§ on Him, and then set themselves to the task as though all depends upon human effort. Like the Pilgrims, when we receive God’s guidance, let us return to Him hearts of genuine gratitude. ^ church for Alt - - &„r Sunday.., Book Bfonday,,,^ P»alnis Chapter Ver*** Tuesday .. ^ealnia ^ 1.^ Wednesday '*'*>••• Pialraa l-s Thursday ?®a*'ns ^3 Friday • Faalms 1-14 Saturday Fsainjs I-22 91 1-14 Copyright 1950.
