Jars for change -were also placed in many local stores. Local ministers were con tacted, and pleas for donations made in many area churches. The originator of the drive. Ronda Pickler. said the drive began "because an immediate need was present." "Without the help of the Raeford Jaycees, the weekend campaign could not have been successful. We ^ are thrilled at the response we are t jetting from the community.
