to declare you a Trustee for plaintiff In
relation thereto, upon the grounds that
sucL lots was purchased by you with
money of plaintiff and the title thereto
taken In your own name: You are there
fore notified to be and appear before the
Superior Court of Craves county to be
heid In the Court House of said County
In the City of New Bern, State or North
Carolina, on the 5th Monday after the
first Monday In Majch, It being the 11th
day of April 1904, to answer the Com
plaint in said action which will be filed
daring or before the first three days of
said term, and answer or otherwise
plead thereto as you may be advised, or
the relltf demauded Ihtreln will be
granted.
