W. Robinson and O. M. Robinson, defendants, have in the following described real estate, to'.wit; Being the lands of D. W. Robinson in South Toe Township, Yancey Coun ty, North Carolina, adjoining the lands of C. C. Ray. E. It is expressly understood and agreed that from the above describ ed tract one acre heretofore deeded to Mrs. Carrie Hall where Carrie Hall and wife now live is exempted and cut out of the tiact as described as homestead here allotted.” It being the the intentiofi of this in strument to sell all the lands of D. W. Robinson as described in a deed which is registered in the office of Register of Deeds of Yancey County, N. C., indeed book No. 27, at page 267, except the one acre deeded to Mrs. Carrie Hall and except about 25 acres allotted to D. W. Robinson as his homestead exemption. This the 8th day of July, 1930. M.
