at the Theatre last week,
and 7 mufflers have been
knitted and one skirt made
for the Red Cross.
The girls have received’
several answers from their
Victory cards they have,
written to boys in service.

The annual revival meet
ing will begin at Deyton
Bend Methodist church, on
Sunday, October 4th, at 8
P. M. Services will be held
during tjhe week following

ties to attend the services.
The people of all denomina
tions are cordially invited

Singers are given a special

Deyton Bend church is
one of the oldest church
organizations in Yancey
county, and many ,of the
prominent citizens of that
section of the county are
members. The services
will be held in the school
auditorium, since the new
church building has not
been completed.
