Mr. and Mrs. Nolan Jones, Di anne and Janice, accompanied by Mrs. Sonny Cole and son, Jimmy, made a trip to Durham Sunday to vist Mrs. Ben Williams at Duke Hospital. Last weekend Mr. and Mrs C. C. Morgan, daughter Susan, and Mrs. C. R. Morgan visited the Leslie Keeter family in Portsmouth, Va. Mrs. Jimmy Hooks of Piney Green was a Sunday visitor of Mrs. Mary Carr. Mrs. G. L. Eubank and Mrs. Jeff Conway spent the day Wed nesday with their sister Mrs. Ivey Collins at Jacksonville. Sunday afternoon Rev. and Mrs. M. E. Gibson and several members of the First Baptist Church went to Jacksonville to visit the Onslow Pines Rest Home. A short service was held, including special music, and they presented the home with a large basket of fruit: Mrs. L F. House, Mrs. Robert Britt and Mrs. C. W. Gerock visited Mr. and Mrs, Dewitt Truckner near Swansboro Mon day.
