IN eighbor hood bank in Hertford takes on new name - NCNB There's a new bank In the neigh borhood ? or rather an old hank with a new name and according to City Executive O.B. Bawla, NCNB National Bank of North Carolina is Sawyer attends training Jennifer Sawyer of Hertford recently attended the New Agents' ; School at the Home Security Life Insurance Company in Durham.
