Mrs. McSwain Preparing a delightful, nu tritious meal doesn't necessarily mean that it has to be costly, claims a field home economist with the National Live Stock and Meat Board, Chicago. Hattie McSwain "Everyone likes to see and eat good food," says Mrs. Hattie McSwain who has been spe cializing in meat cookery dcm onstrations for more than 1 1 years. She emphasizes less de manded meat cuts in her stage presentations. She will be in Greensboro, N. C. on May 23, at 2:30 p.m. to present a program "Avenues to Good Eating" for Bennett Col lege students. And she is firmlj convinced that these avenues lead to roads of good health.
