C., a girl, born August 19, 1977 Ihree breaklns were reported during the early hours of Tuesday morning by Kings Mountain police. Bridges Hardware, Mountaineer Pharmacy and McGill Clinic were all entered between midnight and 4 a. m. Shotguns and han dguns and an un specified amount of cash were taken from Bridges Hardware, according to Det. Sgt. Richard Reynolds. The breakin and theft was discovered between 7-7:30 a. m. Tuesday when the hardware opened for business. Sgt. B. P. Cook and Ptl. Harry Martin, on patrol about 3:60 a. m. Tuesday, came on the scene at Mountaineer Pharmacy while the robbery was In progress. Sgt. Reynolds said two suspects fled through the backdoor of the pharmacy carrying a box of items taken from inside, plus a money bag containing change. The two suspects dropped the box and fled on foot into the woods near the pharmacy and police theorize the suspects had a car waiting. Inside the box were low schedule drugs. Following that report Sgt. Reynolds dispat ched officers to check local doctor’s offices and clinics for other possible breaklns. Ptl. David Bridges reported finding the rear door to McGill Clinic forced and Inside signs of search.
