OE TRE Em) EAP eT LESLIE PARKS PRICE We sometimes hear it said, “God buries His workmen but carries on His work.” God’s work does go on, but God just doesn’t bury his workmen. The Master once | gave us a parable about work and the workmen. A master set some tasks for his workmen and said to them, “Occupy till I come.” Then when he returned, he said to the faithful workmen; “Well done, Thou has been faithful ‘in a few things; I will make thee ruler over many things. {Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.” God who calls his ‘workmen saying, “Go into ,my vineyard,” likewise later - calls; “Come up higher.” On Sunday, May 23rd, just fifteen minutes before mid- night, God called LESLIE PARKS PRICE to come up eo higher. This dedicated Chris- tian had fought the good fight ‘and finished his course. Mr. ® Price was a welllearned man who enjoyed reading very much, and he especially loved the Bible and knew the Scrip- tures exceptionally well. He was a dignified, quiet, soft- spoken man whose sterling character was above reproach. This man of God daily lived his life in such a way that his actions spoke’ much louder than his words. We are deeply saddened by . his death and shall surely miss him. However, the wonder- ful, sweet memories he left us will remain in our hearts forever and help to sustain us | until, we too, receive our call , to come up higher where once ¥ more we will all meet again!
