He is listed in Who’s Who in American Art and his paintings can be found in businesses, homes, and institutions throughout the United States and many foreign countries. He * is a member of the International Society of Artists, Tennessee Ar- tist, Kingsport Art Guild and the Tennessee Watercolor Society. Williams has won a number of awards in 1982, including the Best of Show at the Kingsport Arts and Crafts Mart, the Realist Award in Lynchburg, Va., an Award of Merit and the Most Popular Painting Award at the Virginia Highlands Festival.
