There is no charge. Participating youngsters must wear sneakers and br- ing a basketball. The time is from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. “Come and expect a good time,” said Coach Sipe. “We hope to see every first through fifth grade student in the school system.” ESC Taking Job Applications The Employment Security Commission is taking ap- plications for the Individual Referral Program funded through the Job Training Partnership Act. Eligibility is based on fami- ly income from the last six months.
