Barron said that another pro- gram that is a part of the Crisis Ministry is the help given to tran- sients. This program is adminis- tered through the Kings Mountain Police Department. Barron said that police do background checks of travelers who ask for assistance and then fill out vouchers for them and send them to the Crisis Center at the Community Center.
