Herald/Times June 17, 1999 Coach Pitch stars win in tournament Kings Mountain's 7-year-old Coach Pitch All-Stars defeated Lincolnton 23-9 in the opening round of the District Tournament Monday night at West Lincoln Optimist Park in Vale. Timothy Gaddy and Zachary Hayes led the KM team with 4- for-5 each. The double-elimination tour- nament continues throughout the week. The KM all-stars are coached by Dennis Hayes and Terry Smith. Players are Ethan Roper, Blake Hollifield, Corey Brooks, Jake Allen, Brian Brown, Scottie Griffin, Cameron Roseboro, Zachary Hayes, Timothy Gaddy, Stuart Smith, Tyrielle Parker, Dillon Smith, and John Byron Gamble.
