Life Enrichment program Tuesday Carolyn White, pharma- cist at Cleveland Regional Medical Center, will present a program on “Understanding Medications” at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15 at the Life Enrichment Center, 103 T.R. Harris Dr., Shelby. The program is for any- one caring for an adult with dementia. Ms. White will discuss the newest developments as well as side effects and interactions with other drugs. There will be a time for asking questions and sharing concerns. A free sitter service will be available for the person with dementia while the caregivers attend the meet- ing. Senior Citizens dance is Friday Gaston County Parks and Recreation Department will host a senior citizens dance Friday, Feb. 11 from 7-10 p.m. at the Citizens Resource Center in Dallas. Doors will open at 6:30 and the first 250 people will be admitted. No one under age 55 will be admitted. The cost is $3 per person or $5 per couple. For more information call 922-2160. Bluegrass music | returns to Clover Bluegrass music returns to downtown Clover on - Saturday, March 5 at 7 p.m. This will be the first night of the Clover Barn Dance at the parking lot of Clover Community Bank, North Main Street. Tom Warlick and the Clover Feed & Seed ! Bluegrass Band will be the host band and will perform. Scheduled performers are the South Fork Boys and the legendary, world- renowned fiddler Dwight 3 | Moody of the WBT | Briarhoppers. Admission is free, but a hat will be passed for expenses. Take a lawn chair as the performance will be outside, weather permit- | ting. If inclement weather, it will be held in the Larne Building downtown.
