Merto- ries of the journey that lay ahead, FRAUGHT with many hardships and RIGORS, RECURRED in her DOLEFUL little heart, for her peo ple after combatted this hot, dry climate. There was a DEARTH of food and water among her clan, and all of them long ed to see the fresh VER DURE of an oasis. They had SUBSISTED for many days on FRUGAL meals consisting of goat milk, cheese, and dates. The little girl was in a PENSIVE mood and thought of the VAGRANT life of her people. She listened to the INCFSS/NT noise of the camels and marveled at the men's DEXTERITY to train these "beasts of bui'den," As she sat in the dark, she could DESCRY in the distance the slow move of caravan lights. The lights became an ABSORBING inter est; each one seemed to move with a strange rhythm. As she watched, the rhythm ALLAYED all the tension and worry in her mind. Her heart DILATED at these thoughts and sights; she knew that nothing could DAUNT her from this hard VAGRANT life among her peo ple.
