The popular summer program, sponsored by the Craven Arts Council & Gallery and the city of New Bern and the Craven County Recreation Depart ments, features an artist at the County Day Camps through out the county. Our artist. Will Henson, will visit the sites giving workshops in drama, music and mime. Will^ a college student, has been active with the New Bern Civic Theatre for the past several years. The presence of an artist at these sites will give a lot of children not normally exposed to this type of activity a chance to develop their creativity. •OPERATION ARTREACH is partially funded by a Grassroots Grant from the North Carolina Arts Council and administered by the Craven Arts Council and Gallery. The following sites will be visited; July 17: from 12:30-2:30 at Vanceboro Community Center. July 19: 12:30-2:30 at James City Community Center. July 23 - 12:30-2:30 at Riverdale - Bethel Church.
