Thief Bound Over Luke Rooker, colored, charged with stealing articles from the railway camp cars near the Tiyon Cash Store, was arrested in Spartanburg county, and brought here for preliminary hearing yesterday before Justice George E. Bell who bound the prisoner over to the Superior court. He is now in jail waiting trial. •Tennis Tournament April 10. Gymkhana Thursday The annual Gymkhana entertainment will be held Thursday at Harmon Field, starting with barbecue dinner at 22:30, races at 2 p.m. An electric wire his been run to the field. Dance Tonight ■ The annual dance given under the auspices of the Tryon Riding & Hunt dub and the Inn Keepers Association, will be held tonight at Lake Lanier Tea House.
