No man can ^et a loan for more than $10,000 or less than SlOO, or for less than five years or more than forty years. 3. Borrower must be, or about to become, the owner of the land offered as~^cority, and en^aired, or about to become en^a^ed, in its cultivation. 4. Conducts farmers’ meet ings, short courses, and agricultur al tours. 12. Gives aid to the woman county agent in her work. 13. Assists in county and com munity fairs. 14. Forms breeders’ and other livestock organizations. 15. Plans systems of crop ro tations for ttie improvement of the land and the even distribution of labor throughout the year. 16. He represents the Agricul tural, Extension Service, which is conducted jointly by the A. and M. College and the State Department of Agriculture, working in co-op eration with the United States De partment of Agriculture, and he can have the assistance of the ex perts in these institutions at any time it is needed.
