Tuesday, May 31, 1955 NORTH CAROLINA WAKE COUNTY NOTICE Whereas the undersigned, act ing as trustee, in a certain deed of trust executed by Myers W. Page and wife, Ruth Perry Page, and recorded in Book 1033, at page 421, in the office of the Regis ter of Deeds of Wake County, fore closed and offered for sale the land hereinafter described in par cels, the first parcel including Tracts 1 and 2 hereinafter describ ed and the second parcel being Tract 3 hereinafter described; and whereas within the time allowed by law an advanced bid was filed with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Wake County and an or der directing the trustee to resell said land upon an opening bid of six thousand, five hundred sixty dollars ($6,560.00) for Tracts 1 and 2, and an opening bid of six thousand, thirty-five dollars ($6,- 035.00) for Tract 3; Now, therefore, under and by virtue of said order of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Wake County, and the power of sale con tained in said deed of trust, the undersigned trustee will offer for sale upon said opening bids at public auction to the highest bid der for cash, on the premises here inafter described, at noon, on the eleventh day of June, 1955, the property conveyed in said deed of trust, the same lying and being in the County of Wake and State of North Carolina, in Little River Township and the Town of Zebu lon, being more particularly de scribed as follows: Parcel No. 1 Tract No. 1: Being Lot No. 42 in Block 13, as shown on map of the Town of Zebulon, North Caro Nearest thing to ...
