We have four special activities tion. 1. Our class gave a playlet “Lunchroom Manners,” It was original; that is, we made it from our lunchroom) problems. It help ed us develop better social habits, skills and attitudes. All enjoyed it. 2. We gave a breakfast party in our classroom. It was real fun. We learned' that breakfast is an important meal because the body has used all of the food during the night. We made booklets placemats, charts and the menu. We had cereals, fruit, bread, cut ter, and milk. We found milk to be the “king of foods” because it has some of all the body needs to help it grow 3. On May 21, we gave a party for the mothers of our class. Most of the mothers were present They enjoyed everything. We had poems before serving. We invited our principal, Mr. Wilson, who made a nice talk. He was glad to see so many mothers out. Deborah Rogers brought her father and mother. 4. Our Grade Mother, Mrs. Ann Stevenson, gave the class a sur prise party on the last day of school. We enjoyed everything. We are looking toward another successful school year.
