Mental health group offers support The Mental Health Association of Orange County offers the following support groups for Triangle-area residents: Lifeline, for people who have experienced a loss through suicide; Reach, for individuals with spouses, relatives or friends with mental illness; Manic Depressive/Depressive, which provides coping skills for people affected by the two disorders.
