SORRY - WE GOOFED! Imagine our embarrassment when we started getting inquiries on "Where is Belhaven?" and "What's the deal on the River Forest Manor?". Actually, this is one of the most attractive propositions we have had to offer the flying sportsmen, since we have been in business. However, our promotion got a little ahead of itself. Through an error in instructions, the pro motional material was placed on the air plane before we had an opportunity to complete our own follow-up material and before the stations were advised. Conse quently, many of you have probablybeen asked for information concerning the River Forest Manor and have not had the slightest idea what it is all about. Actu ally, the River Forest Manor is located in Belhaven, North Carolina. Belhaven is approximately sixty miles from New Bern. Over the years, we have had many requests to work out a package deal for sportsmen; and, although we haven't prepared this as a complete package trip for this season, we plan to merchandise it on an experimental basis and, if suc cessful, set up a regular package tour for next year. (Count the airpi All stations will be supplied with informa tion and material on the River Forest Manor, in order that you may give atten tion to requests from interested people. It is accessible by plane through New Bern where a U-Drive-lt is available and fur ther transportation to Belhaven,or by prior arrangements, the Management of the R iver Forest Manor will arrange to meet parties arriving by plane in New Bern and drive them to Belhaven by pri vate station wagon.
