Mr. Hayes is connected with the St. Joseph Lead Company in Missouri and his transfer, by his company, is a promotion to Assistant Chief Geolo gist of The Comania Minera Aguilar in Argentina. In spite of all the hustle and mil lion and one things to be done at the last minute, Larry completed his thesis and received his Masters Degree in the Science of Geology from the University of North Carolina on the day before he left for New York. Plant Six It's good to see Phillis Craver back at her looper. She's been away because of illness--a stay in the hospi tal. Unfortunately, Edna Grubbs has not been able to return to her looper after undergoing surgery at the local hospital. She's greatly missed! We are happy to report that Dewey Broadstreet, fixer of Plant #6, is all mended and has returned to work after being involved in an automobile acci dent recently. Son Jimmy presented them with their sev enth recently--pretty close to Lib and Bill's thirty-second wedding anniver sary. Congratulations! Dot Canoy, too, was mighty happy when her daugh ter, Linda, (at last) made her a grand mother for the second time with a granddaughter! If you want to see one of the pret tiest blushes ever, you should see Faye Jones talking to Hinshaw. Now, what could he possibly say that would make one blush like that?
