Tlie students in Design Studio IV and Design Studio 111 are developing ibese techniques now. In Studio IV, the students have completed mak ing a birdhouse in the style of a famous architect. In Studio 111, the students have completed a design for a play house and are working on com munity involve ment in (lie proccss. The Studio IV class, taught by Dr. Martha Buipitt, crcatcd birdliouscs fol lowing die form of a cardboard model from die Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. The concert will be given free of charge. The Meredith Chorale is a group of 23 women that has been part of a long standing tradition of musical excellence at Meredith College. The choir has toured internationally as well as throughout the southeast and midwest. Their pro gram this spring consists of music by Verdi, Chesnokov, Hatfield. Lekberg, Giordano, and others. The birdhouses are now on display in the glass cases in the front foyer of Hunter. Tlie Studio III class, taught by Suzy Andron, has been busy designing playhouses.
