Pine Knoll Shores Exhibit at Carteret County History Museum “Beach Town in a Forest: The Story of Pine Knoll Shores” opened in the new Rodney Kemp Gallery at the Carteret County History Museum in March. Mayor Ken Jones accepted an award on behalf of the town of Pine Knoll Shores, the Board of Commissioners and the History Committee for being the first to exhibit in the new gallery. Information panels and artifacts carry visitors through the history of the town.
